It was very exciting to see the relief and joy the two participants had after witnessing their weight and measurements continue to shrink. Now that the study is complete (comparing Nutrisystem versus the grocery store), Teresa and Amy will continue their weight loss efforts through "real" food and exercise!

I will be providing Amy with snack and meal ideas from the grocery store and contact the two participants weekly to continue setting food and fitness goals. We also plan to complete at least one personal training session per week to continually change up their workout routines.

Stay posted for future updates on Amy and Teresa's progress. I encourage all viewers to participate by joining in on weekly goal setting! I will be posting nutrition and fitness infromation each week followed by a new task. Get started today by journaling your food intake. Journaling provides insight into your eating behaviors to aid in setting future goals! I'm here to motivate you for a healthy 2008!
